EASY BUT DIFFICULT TASK
Pro 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. 7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil. 8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.
Trust – Firm belief in the reliability, truth, or ability of someone or something. Confidence
Trusting God is the simplest thing to do in this world but it is still the most difficult task.
Why Is The Task Difficult?

1. It is difficult because we always go for the hard ways.
2. It is difficult because we do not see God the way we ought to see Him.
3. It is difficult because we tag trust as doing nothing, we see relying on God as doing nothing.
4. It is difficult because we at times consider our physical strength, power of connections, power of oration, persuasion, etc.
5. It is difficult because we see God as slow forgetting that he has plans and timing for everything.
   Why Is It Very Easy To Trust God?
6. Whatever the size of your problem, trusting God is enough.
7. Whatever the number, strength or types of weapons of your enemies, trusting God is the answer.
   Trust is simply relying on God. ”He said it and I believe it” – that is simple.
   Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
   Here, Jesus is asking us to learn from children.
8. They see their parents as ALL in ALL.
9. They believe strongly in the strength, provision, protection of their parents.
10. They totally trust their parents very deeply.
    Trusting God just like that is the expectations of heaven.
    Examples Of Those Who Trust God.
11. Abraham believed God even when it seems unreasonable.
12. Hannah trusted God even when the pastor did not pray marathon prayer for her.
13. David trusted God to defeat Goliath even though he had never seen battles in his life.
    There are others like Elijah, Elisha. Mary the mother of Jesus and a host of others.
    Encouragement To Trust God
    2 Kings 18:5 He trusted in the LORD God of Israel; so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Judah, nor any that were before him.
    Psalms 9:10 And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.
    Psalms 32:10 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.
    Psa 37:3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. 4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. 6 And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday. 7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
    Psalms 125:1 They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth forever.
     It is easier to trust God than man.
     Your strength can fail you.
     ALL others can fail but God will never fail.
     At the right time, He will magnify Himself
