Galatians 2: 20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Crucify – put to death in a shameful and painful way.

I Am Crucified With Christ

1. Dead to sin.
2. Dead to self
3. Dead to public opinions
4. Dead to the fashions of the world
5. Dead to human comparisons
6. Dead to human expectations
7. When a thief is dead, if you forget money by his side, he cannot take it.
8. When a womanizer is dead, even the most beautiful woman cannot wake him up.
9. When a fashionista is dead, the latest fashion styles means nothing to him or her.
10. When a drunkard is dead, the types and smells of any wine cannot wake him up
11. When a chain-smoker if dead, packets of cigarette means nothing to him or her.

Nevertheless I Live

1. A life for Christ
2. A life for righteousness and holiness.
3. A life for service to Christ and humanity.
4. A life full of purpose and meanings.

If a Christian is truly dead, Christ must live in him/her.

This is what is lacking in our presentation of the gospel today.

We are not crucified.

If Christ is living in you,

 He will talk through you.

He will act through you.

He will work into the lives of others through you.

You will always want to hear from God before any action is taken however small it may be.

You will always see things from the angle of the Holy Spirit.

You will respect the authority of the Bible above every opinions.

The quotations of great men and women will not be as important as what the Holy Spirit says.

You will always know that – And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 

You will know that – The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. Psalms 37:23 

When you are truly alive unto Christ, the Bible will be more meaningful to you.
