WICKEDNESS MUST DIE

And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness. 1 John 5:19
When we look around us today, we see a lot of wickedness in display. Why is wickedness the order of the day?

• Why are you where you are?
• Why are you going through the problems you are going through?

The answer is because of the wickedness of the wicked.
 
ACTIONS ARE NEEDED
Psalms 7:9 Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.
The Psalmist believed that wickedness can come to an end. We must believe it too and take actions.
The greatest wickedness is to do nothing when the wicked people are multiplying themselves and their wickedness.
Proverbs 11:21 Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered.
Isaiah 3:11 Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.
Isaiah 57:20 But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. Isaiah 21 There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.
Job 18:5 Yea, the light of the wicked shall be put out, and the spark of his fire shall not shine.
God expects us to rise and challenge.
Wickedness can only come to an end if we will rise up to challenge it.

1. We have greater power

Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

2. We have the greatest supporter

Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

3. We have the greatest reinforcement

2Ki 6:14  Therefore sent he thither horses, and chariots, and a great host: and they came by night, and compassed the city about. 15  And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do? 16  And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. 17  And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.

4. The weapons cannot be compared

2 Corinthians 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
What else do we need?

• God expects wickedness to end
• You love wickedness to end

So open your mouth and speak judgment against wickedness now, wickedness must come to an end in your life, ministry, family, or business and in our nation.
Stand up now pray, take control and see if something will not happen.
